Its almost like a sort of "compensation" to F/P mages. Remember, they cant freeze anything except El Quines. Their Ultimate has the same Base Attack and cant freeze, and nothing ever is poison weak (except for those few rare cases), usually just immune.

You missed the point. While finally having an ok monster weak to fire, F/p now have best 4 monsters strong to fire. This means no ice AM can train together with them, and bishops will probably avoid those too as they can stick with skeles which give holy advantage or train at those better monsters that give more exp.
