I thought they already made it clear that Taiga did not like Kitamura. There was Taiga's monologue after Kitamura's confession to the president, and Ryuuji's uneasy feelings about the others trying to get Taiga and Kitamura together, and, as explained by his conversation with Ami, it's not jealousy. We also have been given a lot of hints about it since her first confession to Kitamura. As for the class, there's the ironic "wow, Ryuuji, I can't believe you didn't pick up Taiga's interest in Kitamura even though you're so close to her" bit in the restaurant that show that they're the ones out of the loop, and not Ryuuji since we know he knew that way before any of them.
Also, Minorin knows more about Taiga than she lets on. Remember when Taiga's father came back? There is no chance that Minorin hasn't picked it up yet, but I still don't think that's what getting her all moody and stuff.
Soul Eater 43: I liked this episode. Not much to say about it though. Next episode looks exciting but I hope Medusa won't use her evil wide grin too often.
