I don't see what's so wrong about going to CEF, or why anyone would be banned just for going there. Going to CEF does not say, "Hey, I hack" at all. It just means you go somewhere.
Pardon the example, but it's like a gay man walking into a gentleman's club. By walking in there, could one assume that he is heterosexual? Not really. He might just be out with friends. There are a hundred reasons why he could be there. True, the main purpose of it is still hacking (or still seeing naked girls, you get the picture by now), but making dumb assumptions is well... dumb.
I'd hope that Isaac wouldn't ban for saying, "I go to CEF." I go there, and I don't see problems with others who do either. It's staying informed. The best way to fight the enemy is to know where he gets his information.
