The Dare Devil sees with his ears. But Marvel (fiction) aside, bats doesnt use their eyes to get around. Technologies are being developed that direction to help bind people gets around. IMO, sound and touch are the 2 most important senses.
Sound requires an atmosphere, and it's prone to much lower range limits & interference than sight. You can't "hear" a football game, because there's too much random crowd noise. You can't hear in space, cause there's no air.
I guess touch would be ok, if it's a pretty open definition (being able to "feel" EM waves seems like cheating to me, it should be limited to nearby electrostatic interactions, the physical 'touch')
