The only real advantages to using Albatross is extra maneuverability, two extra skills (one of which is inferior to Hurricane in terms of DPS, although it does look way cooler), and a cooler-looking avatar.

The speed advantage is pretty much pointless. Since FA is basically useless you can MAX thrust in 2nd job. Combine that with numerous bows that give 10+ speed and you already have 140 speed.
