Grats on passing Gen30. 900mil isn't cheap... I failed Gen30 once when it was 1b. It was free but I was sad for days

I have seen some Arch Mages hitting max damage on Neutrals on my server at 15X, so perhaps it's more common than you may believe. As for constant max damage, I think infinity312 (?) can although he's level 200.
As for money for Ewand, some people can get lucky. For instance, I bought a 148/3 Fire Wand for 600m, and scrolled it to 160/9. My I/L buddy bought a 149 magic Ice Wand for 500m and scrolled it to 161/6. More examples would be that person that posted in the Trading Deals thread who got a Fire Wand for 300. It's definitely possible to get an Element Wand for cheap. On the other hand, it is time consuming to make money and of course it is an accomplishment to obtain an Element Wand. My BL knows how crazy I went when I got mine scrolled =p. I had to do daily HT and Zak to make the money I did and now doing some merchanting (it blows my mind how people can stand doing it) because of certain complications with the HT Cave.
Besides that however, there's also the level 70 Elemental Wands, that if scrolled decently are about 20-30 magic off a decently scrolled level 130 Elemental Wand while producing the same boost in the attacks of Arch Mages / Mages.
