I think most Archers have closer to 3k at level 120. I don't have any exact numbers though.
My archer's got 3084(+200) at level 123, -66 average gain over 3 levels = 3018(+200) at 120, so yeah, a little more than 3k.
My Outlaw has 2833(+115) at 101, +456 average gain over 19 levels = about 3289(+115) at 120 (still not enough to solo Manon and Griffey for 4th job D
So yeah, pretty consistent numbers there.
