Well, there's something you have to understand:
Physical attacks and Magically neutral attacks are two different things. So, it could be a "Neutral Magic" charge. The way that physical element attacks appear to work is that rather than being pure fire or whatever, they're half fire/half physical. That's why the elemental boost is different. Wouldn't be surprised if it's the same thing here, half neutral/half physical.

Well how would that work at say, Pink Bean? (I know that KoC classes can't get to PB, but let's just say they could.) Since he's Physical-resistant, would that mean that 50% of the attack would be "Magic neutral" and wouldn't be cut, and the other 50% would be Physical and WOULD be cut?
