New Lag Hack

happening in broa too, ch1 crashed yesterday. i guess its a hack where they bypass the spam restriction notice and it cause ppl to lag lots..

the curse filter\spam restriction is client sided. it would take way too many server resources to implement another check on the server.

this already happend once. i remember it.
