We still Know so little about Affluent Tower; the only thing we've heard about it since NLC came out is the Skunk's brief mention of it (which is likely a play on the "Pepe le Pew" image of the french skunk). Anything's possible there at this point.
:O Never could remember what it stood for, not that i cared before all this. xD For what we know, i'm basing it off your speculations of a futuristic city. Good idea with the skunk though. :f6: Maybe it won't have anything to do with aliens and just be one of those random areas with good training/drops.
