Assuming you're using booster, a normal speed weapon delivers 83 and 1/3 attack per minute, while a fast(5) like ribgol delivers 90 and 9/10 hits per minute. That calculates to a 1.0909.... multiplier.

With Brandish/Blast?

There are videos on youtube that proove both Brandish and Blast are 80/m with normal(6) swords.
