just wondering something.. dunno if anyone can answer or not;
if you have 6 characters already (3 base and 3 expansions) can you create a cygnus character slot? if so, how many? can you create a cygnus slot with 3 character expansions and no cash shop slots?
debating whether to make a brawler with one of my last character slots or save the last 2 for cygnus if we ever get them
