If this is to work, then the public had better start seeing a decline in h4x0rz. Otherwise they'll just get negative vibes and the people's confidence in law enforcement will be broken.

Actually, in Scania, there was ALWAYS a decline in hackers WHEN the GMs were on. That's because as soon as the blue messages pop up, half the hackers log off. The other half who continued hacking were banned. So by the time the GM got off, the hackers had pretty much disappeared, and it isn't until hours later that they start slowly reappearing again. Although this isn't a long term solution, it alleviates the problem a bit and any alleviation restores a bit of confidence.

If they were consistent in their blue text instead of typing them at random intervals, people wouldn't say GMs don't exist. I saw a hacker called "CantGetBan" and it annoys me that he was following me around and KSing me witih nodelay.

When they did this back then, it didn't work out so well in Khaini. People eventually started b!tching about how GMs didn't do their jobs. Heck, they even relisted a few names in several notices. Not saying I blame them, but it's mostly a psychological game using the blue notices.

They rarely repeated the names but people started b!tching because right after one of those huge wall of blue texts, someone would smega that ____ got false ban.
