Nope. Look at how many servers are out there right now. Each one would be its own lawsuit with its own lawyers and so on. Nexon would be running a bill that it could never afford.
It targeted the main towers to try and slow them down if not stop them entirely. :X
Also, the jailtime is probably just a scare tactic. Could be a possibility, I suppose.
