Quest Amnesty

Since Nexon keeps releasing content with low/mid level Quests that a lot of people miss out on(as well as adding a lot of changes to Maple Island) I got thinking that it would be a great idea(I think its great) if a Quest Amnesty was introduced.

It would be nice if each patch gave a grace period of a week or two where level restrictions(only for those Over the quest level cap) were relaxed and high levels had a chance to complete the newly introduced quests, or even go back to Maple Island to complete those we missed out on.

I know it would probably be hard to program but I'm just wildly dreaming of possibilities.

What do you think? Would you like to have a week to do the new quests?

Yes, and I don't think it would call for that much work. Maybe the whole patch where it's introduced people can do the quests over a certain level, but in the next patch they change it to the way it would normally be.
All the magatia quests related to the pq I can't do now that I'm over the limit D:
