With new equips that have been released, getting enough acc for a warrior is no problem.
The max acc a warrior usually shots for 139. Thats the acc needed to hit some of the higher level monsters. You will need more than 139, but you can get the rest from sniper pills or a priest/bishop.
The majority of acc will come from equips and some from a skill. All warriors have a skill called mastery. It automatically gives an extra 20 acc as long as their weapon of choice is equipped. The rest will come from equips. The most valuable equip will be the Z-helm. Warriors also look for scrolled overalls, scrolled shoes, scrolled earrings and to a lesser extent pendants and scrolled capes. Items like raccoon masks and branch noses also help out with acc.

As for training early on, its been proven that with the right equips, warriors can make it into the late 70's or early 80's with no more than 19 dex. I can't remember the equips needed, because the method came out long after I leveled past that range. But usually the equips are cheap and scrolled with nothing more than 100%'s.
