The very fact that The private server actually requires the player to RUN Maplestory to connect to the server and NOT their own game makes it as stealing copyrighted material.
Doesn't matter if the server required the cilent, as long as the player CAN use it to connect to the server.
AND a Maplestory private server that runs on something does not require MapleStory copyrighted material? Tell me about it.
