I didn't read much of the prior posts, but what I think is a better solution is that the GMs start posting blue text again about who's been banned, like they did in the past. This not only restores confidence to legit players that the GMs do indeed exist, it also discourages people from making more nodelay characters because they know they'll eventually get banned. Right now people are just hacking their asses off because they think they can get away, and by publicizing bannings, people will be more careful about where they hack and be forced back to the unused maps instead of coming in and KSing.
