Sometimes it's you who needs to understand what you're saying before you bash someone like that. Just because it's not being addressed doesn't mean they don't know. It's their game for christ sake. They've shown us things we never even knew they had access to at times.
What you should be complaining about is the long lasting and obvious tendency of nexon's CS to pay no attention to the community and prevent them from being informed about what's going on as far as glitches go. Hell, they even said in an interview that they're aware of them keeping us uninformed. Of course one could argue that announcing glitches invites abusers until it's fixed, which is a massive load of bullpomegranate in my opinion.
