You're basically saying if you don't witness something or whatever, then it doesn't exist. There are so many counterexamples for this.

Agreed, just because this happened doesn't mean its a regular occurrence in Khaini, we hardly see GMs ever either. But I dont think GMs restrict themselves to one server, I think most have many characters in all servers. GMs also do customer service, and although that gets a bad rap too, I can't entirely blame them for semi-automating it because I know the community, and how bad hundreds of the tickets must be, I personally think 1 GM should be assigned to each server at minimum, and should have a set timeframe where they clear out popular maps (Wolf Spiders, Himes, Ghost Lanterns, Singapore Ghost ship, etc) if they just cleared out those channels every hour or two then we'd be fine.
