Need help on Animation

Can anyone teach me how to make this:

move?

I want it basically to move kinda like this:

where it keeps looping.

The dimensions of it should be 100 x 720, and it should move at around the same speed.
I have Photoshop CS2 and Adobe Image Ready.

Any help is appreciated, thank you in advance.
