Hidden Missions
I've identified 3 quests which I think are the hidden missions:

[Maple Globe] To Those in Need of Comfort / [メイプルドーム] 安らぎを懐かしむあなたへ:
Requirement: Sit in the maple globe chair for 10,000 seconds (the chair actually counts time up to '167', which I believe is 167 minutes, since 167 minutes = 10020 seconds, but the quest itself says it's over 10,000 seconds)
Reward: Globe Chair: Cozy Bean Bag Cushion / ドームの椅子：楽々ビーンバッグチェア

[Maple Globe] To the Persistent / [メイプルドーム] 根気強いあなたへ:
Requirement: Log in for 10 consecutive days since receiving the Maple Globe
Reward: Globe Pose: Sit / ドームの中のポーズ：座る

[Maple Globe] In Remembrance of Her / [メイプルドーム] 彼女を追憶しながら:
Requirement: With 'Cygnus Circlet' / 'シグナスのサークリット' in your inventory (the etc item dropped by the Cygnus boss), visit the caged Neinheart / ナインハート in Future Ereve (Knight Stronghold: Secret Grove / 秘密の庭園: 騎士団要塞)
Reward: Globe Mini Figure 1: Lil Neinheart / ドームのトイ1：プチナインハート

Also, Ghiblee categorized these as a hidden missions, though I personally do not, given that it's not a quest (you get it from clicking the flowers/trying to enter a portal, not by accepting/completing a quest through the star notifier), so I'll put it here anywhere:

'Globe Pose: Jump' Mission
Requirement: Click on the pile of flowers at the end of the first Forest of Endurance (Ellinia) Jump Quest. Talk to Hersha to accept the Forest of Endurance quest, then talk to Shane to enter for 23k mesos.
Reward: Globe Pose: Jump / ドームの中のポーズ：ジャンプ

'Globe Music: Sanctuary' Mission
Requirement: Attempt to enter Sanctuary via the hidden portal on the bottom right platform (not the ground) in the map 'Garbage Dump: Hedgehog Prickleyard 3'. Attempting to use the navigation feature of the world map to lead you to Sanctuary will lead you directly to the portal.
Reward: Globe Music: Sanctuary / ドームのBGM：アシュロム

 Past Attempts

I got the 'To Those in Need of Comfort' quest for doing the sitting for 10k seconds thing, and the other two are located right after it, with all three quests lacking much data (no descriptions, for example, but also no data that might help identify the requirements). Hopefully knowing the names of the quests might lead to discerning the requirements to complete the quests.

I was looking at the wrong place for data that might help us identify the requirements (and I discovered the requirements for 'In Remembrance of Her'), but the last quest still eludes me, it's a bit difficult to decipher.

'To the Persistent' seems to check that you've accessed something, the only other quest that's like this (or at least, seems to check for the same condition) is the Link 2 Mission in the Evo World. In that quest, you had to collect etcs, create a transformation potion, and transform in order to infiltrate the restricted bottom area to speak with an NPC (this last part I believe triggers the condition 'access'). For the hidden mission, I believe you'll have to do something similar to this, but this 10 times (hence, 'persistent').

Things I've tried for 'To the Persistent':
- Spamming up on the Verne Mine portal without the Black Wings Hat 10+ times
- Repeatedly entering the Forbidden Area next to the Verne Mine portal 10+ times (go left to the edge of the map to enter, then back right to leave)
- Trying to get into Sellas 10+ times
- Just entering/Doing the first floor of Oz 10+ times (in case the reward is Lil Alicia)
- Changing the music via the Elluel Music Box 10+ times (in case the reward is the Classic Music Box Spring Base)
- Accepting the Maple Globe quest on 10+ characters
- Registering 10+ decorations
- Doing the Kerning City Jump Quest (B1), 10+ times (with a short break in between)
- Using the 'Shelter Return' skill on Illium to go to Hideout 10+ times (which also plays the Sanctuary/Asylum BGM)
- Trying to Hyper Teleport to Sanctuary 10+ times
- Trying to set up my maple globe in town without having enough mesos 10+ times

Things I think might be it:
- Logging in 10+ days during the event (it's not yet possible to check this since we've yet to pass 10 days of event time)
- Getting at least 10 decorations in a single category (wouldn't be able to do posses, but the rest would be fair game. I think unlikely since I've heard of people collecting all the trees but nothing about this quest being activated)
- Checking VL's Throne Room (or other throne rooms?) because of 'sitting' and all

I think the big thing we have to consider is that the reward will obviously be a decoration, and the quest requirement will probably be thematically connected to the reward (sitting for 10k seconds and getting a bean bag, showing the Cygnus Circlet to future Neinheart and getting Lil Neinheart), and it's possible that the hidden quest would be the only way to get that decoration, so anything we know how to get might be eliminated.

The quest checks for a condition called 'access' with a value of 10, and I've been mostly leaning towards doing things related to this, but honestly, "access" could have a wide variety of meanings outside what I would personally count as an 'access', so while I think it's a good line of thinking to follow, I also think it's best not to get too hung up on it.
