Well, there's +4 all skill levels for sure, but since you can max every skill from 1st to 4th job now (and it doesn't work on 5th job skills, so it's not really "all" anymore, I guess), it's a pretty useless line.

Unless you're a Beast Tamer, but even then, you have to have a certain amount of actual SP invested in skills as well, so I imagine at some point it's no longer very effective, plus you'd only be at full power for the like, maybe 2 or 3 hours a day you'd have familiars available.
