Does this spells the end of leechers?

Leeching won't stop, but the number of people that do leech will decrease. Right now it's not just lazy bums who leech, it's everyone who has the money and wants to level fast that doesn't have take any moral standing against it. I partied with a Bishop at Red Wyverns for half of my 9x just because training otherwise would have been incredibly dull (I was still sniping that one Newtie) or slow (compared to leeching) otherwise.
