If you raised $100 of NX onto an account and sold it to someone, how much would it cost? Probably $100. So each and every purcahse you make can be seen as money xfers.
On the same token, such practice is in violation of the ToS. Legitimately, if you raised the money in the MTS, it wouldn't be "worth" anything as it's illegal to sell it.
