Anybody know what the "8-blessing ring" is?

I think it's this:



It comes with 13 slots, you get a quest every day for a +1 all stats/+1 atk/matk scroll for it. Dunno what the tags are, but unless it's at least account tradeable (for mules), it doesn't seem very impressive.
