Is it just me, or is barrel's Time way too short?

I didnt know people had oak barrel:f6:... should I max it?

reason i choose it over mp recovery is after i get enough hp, i should move to a pot that recovers both hp and mp, so mp recovery isnt used much. Plus, i still seem to use more hp pots than mp pots.
