v.191 – Nova: Brilliance of Illium, Winter Bard, and Morass Update Preview

The Papulatus revamp was accidentally released ahead of schedule; it wasn't supposed to be available until the v191 patch on 12/13.

The 12/7 scheduled minor patch will prevent access to Pap until the patch is released next week.

Checking the WZ files, Nexon doesn't plan to release Papulatus until January 3rd, the same day Morass comes out.
