I think the main consensus here is that you haven't added anything to the discussion... you just keep beating the dead horse every few months (and this has been pointed out to you numerous times...) and expect some new and enlightening discussion. If you want a pre-big bang server, play a private server. I hear a new one just opened like 2-3 months ago or something and it's starting from v.01 with 1x rates across the board - Nexon will never do something like this. It's time to move on, dude.
