The symptoms seem very similar to what we experienced right after Tune Up: difficulty logging in, changing channels, going into cash shop, etc.
It took them about a dozen unscheduled maintenances to fix it, and one of the things they did was remove the automatic region selection. Now that region selection is back, so people are speculating that that is what is causing the issues.
The good news is that Nexon should know exactly how to fix it in an unscheduled maintenance.... just as soon as they get in the office.
