They didn't add a Master of Eluna title, but they did add a Seeker of Truth title, which seems Eluna related, it's probably a case of inconsistent naming, or they'll add Master of Eluna later. It gives 33 ATK/MATK and gives you the ability to recover 4% MP while attacking (like Evan's card) at an unknown rate. It's time-limited, so it's nothing too exciting.

Eluna Express is the event they mentioned which will help you level. It basically just takes you through all the theme dungeons and various areas of Maple World. Within the Eluna Express is a device called the Matter Transducer, which allows you to teleport anywhere in Maple World. The framing story is that you're doing research for the Ryuul which consists of collecting samples (drops), killing monsters, bosses, the usual stuff you do on Maple, but with extra rewards through the quests. On the surface it seems pretty underwhelming, unless the rewards you get are really good.

Oh, there's also a new soul based on the boss on Eluna, the Elunite Elemental


They're like midrange: +15 stat, +10 all stats, +600 HP, +4 atk, +4 matk


Weighed Down
The Elunite Elemental's power is yours to command. Called by the power of the Soul Weapon, the Elunite Elemental's right appear to strike nearby enemies.
Soul Cost: 200, Elunite Elemental Summon Duration: 40 sec, Damage: (300 + 100 * level)%
The skill's summon damage is calculated differently from that of the character.
Cooldown: 150 sec

Unlisted in the description, but it also hits (8 + level) mobs


Elunite Vortex
The Elunite Elemental's power is yours to command. Called by the power of the Soul Weapon, the Elunite Elemental creates a huge whirlwind to deal damage to nearby enemies.
Soul Cost: 250, Elunite Elemental Summon Duration: 80 sec, Damage: (400 + 200 * level)%
The skill's summon damage is calculated differently from that of the character.
Cooldown: 150 sec

Again, unlisted, it hits (8+2*level) mobs
