Yes, but it will be a long time before we find a video like that. Now, if I could play KMS(I don't think it's smart to play a (version of) a game in a language I don't speak) I would just get myself a Soul Master and find it out... Did you find anything else about the last 10 levels of the skills? Cause Windbreaker doesn't have something like that.

Well, all I can do is sit and wait until there's more info...

EDIT: I'm afraid that the last 10 levels are unlocked by Mastery books. I mean, those skills are very powerfull(as in, more powerfull than most other skills) so people should do something extra to unlock it's full power(not that I like it, but it's true). Now, lets just hope they get special mastery books that are more common so you don't have to pay as much as a regular Hero.

I don't think it's mastery books, because the mastery books work on skill IDs and as far as I know the existing mastery books were not changed, and no new ones were added. I think this is just a really unorthodox way of cutting the level requirement down. It also leaves the possibility of opening it in the future...
