In case you guys are wondering what all the Chinese stuff in the picture is talking about, it's a "Not to be Missed Fridays" thing. Log in every Friday to obtain blah blah rewards for that Friday. On top of the stuff that you see in icons, the 1st Friday gets you a free 13th Star Force Enhancement (0 mesoes, not guaranteed I think?), 2nd Friday gets you free 13th Star Force, 30% discount in the Coin (Cash) Shop, and 13 free entries into Monster Park. 3rd Friday gets you 13th Star Force, and 4th Friday gets you 30% CS discount.
And at the bottom of the picture it also says every 5th, 6th and 7th day of the week (i.e. Fri to Sun), you get double mesoes from the 13th Anniversary box, doubled mesoes cap from the box (duh, but knowing Nexon...), and a discounted price for revealing potentials (doesn't say by how much...)
