CMS receives their info from Korea, with images and comments from the developers along with other information.
Obviously. But what reason would they have to have 12th anniversary edited versions of the 13th anniversary box images in the first place if not as an import from GMS? There's no way they would willingly change the image from KMS to 12th anniversary boxes, despite knowing it's their 13th anniversary and having to change it back afterwards.
