I can't see any reason for them to have 12th anniversary boxes otherwise, as this is their 13th anniversary event adapted from KMS's 13th anniversary event.
The images of those boxes is most likely a mistake. Players during this test have found other "bugs" such as Korean text appearing in some tooltips/descriptions.
CMS receives their info from Korea, with images and comments from the developers along with other information.
