The Wondroid badge still sucks though, the two are also level 50 and level 120, but they don't have any slots, so unless it's a special exception, they can't be potentialed.
Isn't there a flag that says whether the item can have potential despite not having slots?
I wonder how difficult the glittering heart is to get. Would be really nice to be able to get a 3rd tier permanent heart without spending hundreds of dollars.
