I'm simply trying to see where it was located so I can categorize them appropriately with the other tracks. Black Heaven is located in Edelstein next to the Scrapyard and I can only assume Masteria Through Time is located in Masteria based on the name along. I have no idea about Heroes of Maple, I'm reading what I can about it but doesn't say where you go for the quests or where you are. Sorry for being such a stickler for details.
For BH and HoM, you go to the Conference Room of the Alliance to start the quests. For MTT, you go to a special map accessed only via a lightbulb.
