If you could design 1 game update from the ground up, what would you do?

For a short time you gain full control of Nexon and all of its resources but it only lasts long enough to make one update. What would you change?

Here is what I would do:
Big bang 2
Game is changed back to old mechanics
Potential is destroyed
Victoria island revamp
Change more maps to fit high level training and have different jobs better in different places.
Add equipment for levels 150-250 that drop from common mobs
The Black Mage becomes a playable character
(in his story line it is revealed that he was being used by an even darker force but at the last moment rebels against the darker presence which saves the Maple world and helps to cause the second Big bang. He reawakens in the new world as a level 1 hero)
