[COMPLETE] Scheduled Minor Patch – April 27, 2017

Oh yay.. I can actually kill frankenbalrogs with my skills and not have them despawn 75% of the time.

Now all they have to do is make a way for us to turn in Maple Leaves without going into Lag Hell Event Hall, and I'll actually be able to complete the anniversary achievement thingy.
