Very much so.
I have multiple computers and multiple accounts, and depending on what I'm doing I switch which account is on which computer, several times a day.
It's going to be really annoying to have to relaunch the client every time I want to do that. Especially since I assume they're not going to fix the launch issues we've been having, and any launch is a delicate game of perfectly timed clicks.
And the Nexon Launcher refuses to even log in on my Windows XP computer.
All in all, major QoL downgrade coming.
