One thing to be aware of is that the giftbox notifier can only show 15 items.
So if you still have maintenance compensations or launcher migration gifts in there, they are hiding the hot week box (which is at the end, for some reason). Claim some of your other gifts and then change channel to refresh the list in the notifier.
