We will be performing a scheduled game update on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at 6:00 AM PST (9:00 AM EST / 3:00 PM CET / 1:00 AM AEDT). We anticipate the update to last approximately 7 hours, concluding around 1:00 PM PST (4:00 PM EST / 10:00 PM CET / 8:00 AM AEDT).

What will be unavailable:

• All MapleStory game servers.
  

Changes and Updates:

• MapleStory will be updated to v.183. Check out the patch notes coming soon!
  
• Beast Tamer's Gold Card Buff will now properly buff party members.
  
• There was an issue where the Black Heaven Act III beginning and ending cutscenes appeared swapped. This issue will be fixed so that the correct cutscene appears at the correct time.
  
• An issue where the Luminous tutorial UI shows untranslated text will be fixed.
  
• The description for the final set bonus on the Dragonic Lapis Renewal will be fixed.
  
• The NPC Rice Cake Mommy Moon Bunny will no longer appear in Pantheon.
  
• The NPC Christmas Tree will no longer appear in Ludibrium.
  
• A text error in the description for the Shadow Jacket will be fixed.
  
• A text error in the description for the Shadow Cape will be fixed.
  
• The Special Medal of Honor will now award the appropriate amount of Honor EXP.
  
• The Storm Growth Potion can now be removed from your inventory by speaking with the Maple Administrator and selecting the 'NoDrop Item Remove' option.
  
• Monsters will now spawn properly in the Blackgate maps.
  
• The Tot's Know How UI will no longer remain on the screen when the player returns to the login screen.
  
• Unused NPCs and certain moving background graphics will be removed to improve stability within the Event Hall.
  
  
• Rewards will be distributed to players that have migrated from Direct Launch to Nexon Launcher between February 22, 2017 and February 27, 2017. Please claim your rewards by clicking the gift box icon on the left side of the screen before 11:59 PM PDT on April 30, 2017. Players that have not yet migrated to Nexon Launcher can still do so before 12:00 AM PDT on April 7, 2017 to receive rewards.
