So the level total required is not of attackers but of all characters. If for example you have 40 level 100 characters on your account, you can unlock Veteran 3 (once you've paid your coins?)

I know that those attacker still do damage while we're logged off, but I hope it is generous with the damage.

Going off by the video, lv200 = 5.6mil damage, if they attack once per sec, that would take 1 lv200 5 hours to earn 1 coin passively.
