Apparently, despite the buff, Wastes is still underperforming compared to live. What happened to the idea of "we don't want people to log in and feel weaker"? And the apologists that say it's a buff despite it performing worse than live and any other Barbarian set is hilarious.
There's so many tiny easy changes that they could do to improve the quality of so many builds, and they choose to go with "we don't want to make changes for the sake of changes" while some builds perform 10 GR lower and they think it's balanced.
I could literally go on and on and on, and that's depressing when they made literally 13 changes this patch.
