[Complete] Scheduled Game Update - December 15, 2016

I haven't finished patching yet, but I'm hearing that people are getting S nebs from Gachapon? If that's true and not a ninja addition, then expect a USC soon.

They did say "new Gachapon" somewhere in game when you click the event star earlier today, so I think it's a change they forgot to address in the patch notes.
Could be an accident though.
