So on Monday they failed to give out the gift on Luna.
They fixed that at 9:30 PM UTC, or thereabouts.
And they decided to move the rest of the days to PST time because they realized the Lunarians would complain that they only had 2.5 hours, late at night (for some) to pick up their box. They also realized that lots of Americans would have forgotten to pick up Monday's box on Sunday evening.
But, they only told us of this change at 3:30 AM UTC, after people started complaining that Tuesday's box wasn't showing up.
Gotta love Nexon, their foresight, and their communicativity.
