Uhh... how exactly? Do you wanna use Double Shot until level 100? Because you don't get Hurricane until then.

And for anyone thinking that Hurricane won't be as good as Strafe until late in the skill (because of lack of SE), that's not true either. Hurricane is better than Strafe at level 2. For a Windbreaker's 3rd job you can either take 9 points off of Strafe or Puppet to max everything else. Too bad there's no Inferno to milk points from.

Oh, Issac, does that 2nd job KB skill thing have a minimum range? If it doesn't, I could see someone taking the points out of AR instead. There's so many choices...

with the changes, lvl1 strafe are bettar than double shot.. 260% vs 284%...
just leave it at ... 11 and get lvl20 hurricane at lvl 100 instead of 107. use the extra 10 points on a 2nd job skill, like soul arrow or booster
or hell, even focus is better than a useless single target skill right?
