Well, lots of people got hit with bans after the update. Reddit exploded and now they have an in-game scrolling notice saying the Water Wars event is causing people to get banned (all of whom, according to Reddit, are on team Cygnus). Somehow I get the feeling this is because the bubble blaster skill only hits 1 person, but the skill description still says it hits multiple targets.
