A question...

Does the 5% crit rate from Talent of Phantom stacks, or is it only for the individual stolen skill?

Just like all the other attacking skill enhancement cores, it only affects the corresponding stolen attacking skill.

Wondering...is there a core EXP table to see how many cores it takes to get a skill maxed and how much you get per core fusion?

From left to right, it's: Skill Level | Total Required (Level 1) Cores | Level Up | Required (Level 1) Cores to Next Level. First chart is for Enhancement Cores, the second is for Skill Cores. Unless I missed something, the max level of a Core is still 25 so maybe there's extra levels in the data.

Since you only get level 1 Cores from Core Gemstones, that's pretty much the only thing you'll be using to level up your Cores. The only scenario I don't see that happening is if you already had a high level Core but then you got another one with the same base skill but better extra skills, in which case you could use your high level one to level up the new one and you'll get most of the exp (don't think you'll get all of it).

As you can see, levelling up Cores is a huge grind
