Looks like we're indeed splitting up NA/EU like how SEA used to do it with Singapore and Malaysia.

Present Tokyo has made an appearance to the world map. Showa, Tokyo and Ninja Castle are unclickable. Showa's world map had been reverted into the untranslated Japanese version (no difference other than the text), which makes me think Showa is now inaccessible.
